There are many things to be discovered when we bring our mindful attention to the body. Unlocking the Wisdom of the Body is a 4-week cohesive course to allow time to build upon and dive into deeper levels of awareness and our innate wisdom.

Our bodies are the storehouses of all our emotions too. Working with the body through a variety of meditations including sitting, walking and movement allows for an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us and to cultivate more joy!
